1. Visit a Community and Meet Your New Home Specialist
Walk into any Premier community during our Open House hours, and you will be greeted by one of our experienced New Home Specialists. They listen first to your needs, your timeline, your budget, and what matters most to your family. This conversation shapes everything that follows.
2. Explore Floor Plans and Choose Your Community
Review Premier’s award-winning floor plan lineup and find the plan that fits your life. Your New Home Specialist will help you match the right community to your lifestyle and budget. Need to move quickly? Ask your New Home Specialist about quick move-in homes available across our communities.
3. Visit the On-Site Design Showroom
Once you’ve locked in your build with Premier, you’ll step into the design showroom located right in your community. Explore all eight curated collections at full scale. See how tiles are laid, how countertops pair with backsplash, how flooring transforms a room. You’ll choose all of your finishes during this appointment. This is where your home starts to feel real!
4. Construction Begins
Premier’s experienced construction team builds your home to spec, keeping you informed throughout the process. No surprises. Just the quality and craftsmanship Premier has delivered for over 35 years!
5. Closing and Move-In
Your specialist walks through the completed home with you before closing to make sure everything is up to your standards. You’ll go through the closing process with Premier, and then we’ll hand you the keys!
After move-in, Premier stays responsive; if something needs attention, the team makes it right under our home warranty. Your investment is our commitment.
